Monthly subscription fees are based on a minimum, one-year subscription agreement, wherein subscriber will be responsible for the calculated, 12-month total from the time of purchase.

Monthly subscription fees will be itemized in a monthly account summary and become payable by subscriber within 30 days of issuance.

Subscriber is free to add, modify or delete inspection items and quantities at any time, providing the sum total does not exceed that of the original subscription agreement. If changes invoke additional monthly subscription fees, excess charges will be added to the subscription agreement and invoiced accordingly.

At any time on or before the expiration of any subscription agreement, subscriber is free to extend service at original fees . Click here for complete subscription agreement.

Within the next business day, a Verispect account representative will be contacting you to establish service and collect payment information. As part of this process, we'll review the order to ensure it meets your exact requirements. Next, we'll make any necessary adjustments before executing the final subscription agreement. Importantly, you remain free from any obligation until and unless we satisfy your needs.

After completing the subscription agreement, the account representative will go online with you to set-up users, enter alert recipients and assign inspection responsibilities. In many cases, this takes just minutes. However, large orders may require additional time and attention.
